Return Authorization: We will review your request within 2 business days and provide a return label (RMA number) and return address via email.

 

Ship the Goods: Use the prepaid return label we provide to send the goods back, ensuring order documentation is included in the package.

 

Refund Processing: Once the goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

Returns Due to Product Issues (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or not as described): We cover return shipping costs and provide a free return label.
