Whole milk powder is great for use in confections, baked goods, as a nutrient supplement, as an ingredient in dry blends or reconstituted for use as liquid milk. For recipe substitutions: 1 cup warm water + 1/4 to 1/3 cup milk powder = 1 cup of whole milk. For Sour Cream: 1 cup Sour Cream Powder + 1/3 cup water. Whisk and refrigerate. Use more or less water to reach desired consistency. For Yogurt and Dips: 1 cup Yogurt Powder + 1 cup water. Whisk and refrigerate. Use more or less water to reach desired consistency.
