Q: How to customize your own picture?
Go to the app > Device> Dial Library > Dial Center > Click the first green picture > Background > Click "+" > Select your own picture.
Q: What to do if I can't get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?
1. The maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters. If beyond the distance, it will cause the disconnection.
2. If the app can’t detect the watch, please restart your phone and also reset the watch. Or con-tact us for help (Go to Your Order--> Find the order ID in the list--> Click 'Contact with us')
Q: What to do if I can’t receive the Call/Text Messages notifications?
NOTE: THE WATCH CAN NOT MAKE MESSAGES, CALLS(ONLY SHOW WHO IS CALLING)
For iPhone:
1. Make sure the Bluetooth is connected.
2. Make sure your phone allows the FitCloudPro app to send notifications (Go to your phone settings-->Find the “FitCloudPro” app -->Switch on “Notifications”)
3.Make sure you have turned on "Push Notifications" on the FitCloudPro app (Go to the FitCloudPro app--> Device--> Click the “Push Notifications”--> Switch on all the application you need.)
For Android:
1. Make sure the FitCloudPro app is running in background ( Go to your phone settings-->Apps --> Find “FitCloudPro” app--> Launch settings--> Switch on “Run in background”.
2. Make sure your phone allows the FitCloudPro app to send notifications (Go to your phone settings--> Apps-->Find the “FitCloudPro” app -->Switch on “Allow Notifications” and “Permissions”)
3. Make sure you have turned on "Push Notifications" on the FitCloudPro app (Go to the FitCloudPro app--> Device--> Click the “Push Notifications”--> Switch on all the application you need.)
Note:
1. If you use the charging adapter to charge, the recommended voltage is 5V. DON’T use over 5V/2A power adapter to charge it.
2. Do not use in baths, saunas, hot springs, or other environments with corrosive liquid and hot steam, which will lead to product failure.
3. Don’t operate the watch underwater.
4. Do not wear the watch to deep dive.
